How the Referral Process Works

Initial Discussion
We will discuss the student's needs, goals, and which pathway would be most suitable.

Taster Session
Where appropriate, we offer a taster session so the student can experience Active Journeys before committing.

Placement Begins
A personalised timetable is created and the student begins their Active Journeys programme.
